To determine whether you simply snore loudly or have underlying sleep apnoea we may recommend a “sleep study”. This test accurately measures parameters of your sleep at night and can be arranged in the comfort of your own bed at home.
Once the sleep study is completed, you are asked to return the equipment to the Hampshire Clinic and the data is downloaded and can be viewed for interpretation.
